Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, for women in Bradford and surrounding areas. These women have survived Domestic Abuse and now want to stop living in the shadow of their past and create a stress-free life, out of survival mode and into a lifestyle that replenishes them and helps them self-develop and grow in the most positive and fulfilling way. Learn to build healthy connections, no longer harmful attachments and manage stress in a way that heals the mind and the body using science-backed, simple techniques to regulate emotions and regulate the nervous system
